Access Parking - There are a limited number of accessible parking spaces immediately in front of the theatre on Midsummer Boulevard.
Step Free Access and Wheelchairs
There is lift access to all levels of the theatre with voice commentary and tactile aids.
The Garden Room and Foyer Bar on the ground floor, and both Circle Bars all have low level counters and accessible levels for transactions, or you can ask us for At Seat Service when you arrive.
Stalls Row E, Circle Row A and Upper Circle Row A are all step-free, level-access rows, as well as both our Circle boxes. A detailed guide of the number of steps to seats in our auditorium is available on request. Please contact our Stage Door if you would like further information.
There are six wheelchair spaces available in the Stalls and four spaces in the Upper Circle which are also suitable for transferring. Both our Circle boxes are suitable for wheelchair access. Our auditorium seats are approximately 50cm wide with non-moving armrests. All seats in our Boxes are free-standing.
Accessible Toilets - There are separate, fully accessible, male and female facilities on the ground and first floors, and fully accessible facilities for both men and women on the third floor (by door 10). There is an emergency call-point in all accessible facilities, should you need to call for a member of staff. Baby changing facilities are located on the ground, first and third floors.

Visual Impairment Services - Information about our venue’s audio description, touch tours and other visual services can be found on our Visual Impairment Services page. We recommend seats at the front of our Stalls for customers who require a closer view of the stage. Audio-Described performances may also be accompanied by a Touch Tour; this will be advertised on the web or brochure page for each show. Customers wishing to join a Touch Tour must book this separately to their show tickets. For Audio Described shows where customers wish to use our infra-red headsets, we recommend you sit in central Stalls seats, ideally from Row F backwards. For Mobile Connect users, you can sit in any area of the auditorium.
Hearing Impairment Services - Information about our venue’s hearing enhancement systems, signed performances and other hearing services can be found on our Hearing Impairment Services page. Our venue offers both Infra-Red and Mobile Connect hearing enhancement systems. We have a hearing loop at our box office counter and by switching your hearing aid to the ‘T’ setting, the sound will be amplified.For infra-red users, we recommend you sit in central Stalls seats, ideally from Row F backwards for the best signal. For Mobile Connect users, you can sit in any area of the auditorium. For Captioned performances, we recommend using central Stalls seats from Row F backwards.
Assistance Dogs - Assistance dogs are welcome at Milton Keynes Theatre and can stay with you in the auditorium during the performance. If you wish to bring your assistance dog to the Theatre, please advise the Box Office when booking your tickets and a seat next to the aisle will be reserved for you. Alternatively, a member of staff can care for your dog during the performance. Please contact our Stage Door at least two weeks before your visit if you would like to arrange this.
